Buhari honoured as Grand Patron of Olympic committee

President Buhari has been conferred with the honour of being the grand patron of Nigeria’s Olympic Committee. The president was personally on hand as he inspected the formal handing over of RIO 2016 Olympic Games delegation and Traditional Investiture today, July 19. The
president was accompanied by vice president Yemi Osinbajo, Minister of Sports and Youth Development Solomon Dalung and FCT Minister Mohammed Bello during the event. President Buhari was also presented with the flag of the Olympic contigent by the Minister of Sports and Youth Development Solomon Dalung.
